Seth is the heart behind Lilypad Home Services. A lifelong learner and big-picture thinker, he’s
always asking how we can do better for our tenants, our neighborhoods, and our town. Seth
keeps us focused on our mission to make Springfield better, one house at a time. He lives in the
area with his wife and twin daughters, and when he’s not working, you’ll likely find him reading a
