Seth is the heart behind Lilypad Property Services. A lifelong learner and big-picture thinker, he’s always asking how we can do better for our tenants, our neighborhoods, and our town. Seth keeps us focused on our mission to make Springfield better, one house at a time. He lives in the area with his wife and twin daughters, and when he’s not working, you’ll likely find him reading a book, tending his garden, or playing a board game with friends. Friendly, curious, and grounded, Seth leads with vision and compassion.
Karen keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong background in operations and a natural gift for organization, she’s the one making sure our systems work, and our team has what they need to succeed. Karen is also a mom of seven and brings that same nurturing spirit to her role at Lilypad, balancing care and structure in every detail. She's passionate about helping others, building community, and making sure everyone feels supported.
James is our go-to guy for anything that needs fixing. With over 25 years of experience in painting, woodworking, and home repairs, he brings craftsmanship, reliability, and genuine pride in a job well done. He believes in working until the customer is satisfied, and he’s got the skills and the heart to back it up. Whether he’s swapping out a faucet or mounting a TV, James treats every project with care. When he's not helping our tenants, he’s likely spending time with his family or working on a creative project.
